At an artistic and cultural evening entitled "Mind
Matters," and at the invitation of the LOYAC Foundation, the Kuwait
Association for Learning Differences (KALD) participated, with its founder and
chairperson, Ms. Amal Ahmed Al-Sayer, as guest of honor. She delivered an
inspiring lecture in which she spoke about her long journey supporting
individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), emphasizing
the importance of mental health and social inclusion in building a more understanding
and humane environment.
This unique event combined art, performance, and dialogue in a creative and humane experience aimed at highlighting mental health issues from a new and inspiring perspective.
The evening also included artistic, poetic, and musical performances by a select group of artists and creators, expressing concepts of contemplation and human connection. It also provided a rich space for discussion and interaction between the audience and the artists in a warm and open atmosphere characterized by the sharing of personal experiences.
